The new ProLiant DL385 G5 delivers on the DL385 performance and the DL380’s history of design excellence with enterprise-class uptime and manageability, and now with Quad-Core AMD Opteron™ performance, power efficiency, and 2U density for a variety of rack deployments and applications.
The HP ProLiant DL385 G5 Server boosts performance with:
- State-of the-art AMD Opteron 2000 Series quad-core processors
- Up to 32GB of DDR2-667 SDRAM to support demanding memory intensive applications
- 4 PCI-Express expansion slots and optional Mixed PCI-X/Express cage or a High speed x16 Bus PCI-E cage
- Dual multifunction Gigabit NICs with TOE to reduce network latency
