EMC CLARiiON CX 4 Range
EMC continues to extend its leadership in midrange storage with the next generation of the CLARiiON family—the CLARiiON CX4 series. New advanced features include Tier “0” Flash drives for ultra-high-performance requirements, UltraFlex technology for online expansion via IO modules, and CLARiiON Virtual Provisioning for just-in-time capacity allocation and simplified provisioning, among others. CLARiiON CX4 series is based on proven CLARiiON technology with Five 9s availability and ease-of-use features that make it easy to install, manage, and scale—offering CLARiiON customers the industry’s best investment protection.
All CLARiiON CX4 series models—CX4-120, CX4-240, CX4-480, CX4-960—come pre-configured with Fibre Channel and iSCSI connectivity, so users can choose the best connectivity for their applications. Other highlights include multi-core Intel Xeon processors, 64-bit FLARE, low-power SATA II drives, Adaptive Cooling, and concurrent local and remote replication with the RecoverPoint splitter integrated with FLARE 28.
